Technology development and functional conversion at Cadcamworks Bt.'s Sukoró site

A CADCAMWORKS Plastics and Metals, Designer and Service Bt.The European Union received a conditional repayable grant of HUF 67.46 million supporting developments to help micro, small and medium-sized enterprises adapt to modern business and production challengesentitled, GINOP Plus-1.2.1-21in the case of an application with an identification number, Széchenyi Plan Plusin the framework. Of the investment with a total budget of HUF 122.65 million, with a subsidy intensity of 55%, the “Technological development and functional transformation at the site of Cadcamworks Bt. Sukoró”The project entitled “was implemented.

The aim of the project is to:

Creating a modern production environment by creating modern infrastructure conditions, as well as expanding the company's machinery fleet, thereby increasing our production capacities. Our goal is to increase our productivity, expand our capacities, and achieve technological innovation in our production activities.

Growing and changing market demands require quality, fast and special-purpose production, which is an indispensable condition for the existence of modern infrastructure and production equipment with modern technology. With the development, our long-term goal is to strengthen the economic role and market position of our company.

Details of the project:

The With the support of the EU and the Hungarian StateIn the course of the project, a 538,75 m²plant hall with useful floor space, in addition, a 42.56 kWp peak power solar system.

In the process of technological development, it is acquired:

• CNC lathe center,
• Hall crane with a load capacity of 1600 kg, with a span of 8200 mm.

The results of the development:

Thanks to the infrastructural development, we will be able to produce products with higher added value in our modern production hall, with the newly developed production capacity. Purchase of machines Simplifies and speeds upthe preparation and production processes, as well as contributing to the production of higher quality products and more efficient work.

The application of new automated technology is a significant milestone in the life of our company. A CNC lathe centerwith the order and the beginning of the renovation works of the former warehouse building, the implementation of the project began.

A KMOP-1.2.1-09/AWith the help of a tender, we were able to purchase the FANUC Robodrill T14itypes of our CNC milling machine. The commissioning of the machine was carried out in a rented workshop on the territory of the former IKARUS machine plant.

The milling machine allowed the company, which started as a design office, to be able to process the forming inserts of plastic injection tools and the mold bases of the tools in its own workshop. This was the first step towards self-production and the realization of our tooling!

Compressed air supply:

We also managed to obtain the compressed air supply necessary for the operation of the milling machine with the support of the tender. A Our FIAC SILVER 7.5 screw compressorProvides a pressure of 10 Bar to supply air to the machines of the workshop.
